  Good to launch boat, but no facilities.

  It's a free boat ramp for the Tar River Resevoir. If you're looking for a place to have a fun day on the water and maybe picnic then I recommend it. Personally I don't normally have great luck fishing but if you enjoy being on the water you can't company much.
