  30 minute wait; waited at the table for additional 30 minutes for the cook. Took 2 hours total to eat. Told twice he was on his way. Soup (beef broth) was very salty. Carrots were overly sweet. (Dangerously so for diabetic diners.) Cooks use way too much soy sauce while cooking. It should accent the "umami" of the meats, not drown it. Recommend backing off on the soy sauce on the grill. Rice was too "wet"; high water content causes it to be soggy. Think "seasoned" fried rice. Finally, the scallops were spoiled. We could smell them on the cart before they were cooked. Didn't even attempt to eat them.
