  I called to get pricing on a small storage unit and the customer service from there was great, she told me they had a promotion going on and that I would get a discount on first month free. I didn't believe It at first but when I checked my email it was up there. When I arrived at CubeSmart I met a lady name Ivy that also gave me great customer service as well. We had a great conversation as she was getting me set up as well as offering me the locks they sold there. Overall my experience with CubeSmart was great !
